SWAT: In accordance with the special directives of the Director General Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Tashfeen Haider and the Deputy Commissioner Swat, Salim Jan a Climbing Wall Activity Competition was successfully organized today under the supervision of the Regional Sports Officer Malakand Division (Swat) Tariq Muhammad.
The event aimed at promoting healthy recreational activities and fostering sports talent among the youth witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of athletes representing various areas of District Swat. The competition featured thrilling performances and highlighted the growing interest of local youth in adventure and climbing sports.
The Assistant Commissioner Kabal Ms. Ayesha graced the occasion as the chief guest. In her address she commended the Sports Department’s efforts in organizing such events and appreciated the athletes for their dedication, discipline, and sportsmanship.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the chief guest distributed trophies, medals, and certificates among the winners and runner-ups, acknowledging their exceptional performances. She also encouraged the participants to continue engaging in sports activities to bring pride to their district and province.
The event concluded in a spirit of camaraderie, enthusiasm, and commitment to promoting sports culture across the region.
