PESHAWAR: Under the vision of “Sports for All” and grassroots youth development, the Pakistan Lacrosse Federation has launched the “Lacrosse for All Training Program” at the Pakistan Sports Complex on the directives of Pakistan Sports Board Director General and IPC Secretary Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani.
Under this program, all schools have been invited to participate and benefit from free professional lacrosse training. The Pakistan Lacrosse Federation is providing all sports equipment and training facilities completely free of cost, while coaching sessions are being conducted under the supervision of internationally qualified and certified coaches.
According to Federation Secretary Taifoor Zarin, the initiative aims to engage youth in healthy activities, highlight their sporting potential, and promote sports at the grassroots level across the country.
The Pakistan Lacrosse Federation will also organize lacrosse workshops in various schools and colleges in Islamabad to introduce the younger generation to the sport and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
The federation has appealed to youth, educational institutions, and sports enthusiasts to actively participate in the program and become part of the bright future of lacrosse in Pakistan.
