PESHAWAR: The All Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Full Contact Karate Children Cup was won by the Headquarters team during the competitions organized under the auspices of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Full Contact Karate Association (Shin Kyokushin Kai). The event was held at the Karate Headquarters, Hadi International Karate Academy, Gulbahar, Peshawar, where children from various regions participated in fighting and kata events.
The referee panel included Nisaruddin Shinwari, Muhammad Yaseen Yasar, Inayatullah, Shams-ul-Arifeen, Yousaf Khan, Rais Khan, Misri Khan, Saifullah, and Anas Alam. International referee and Branch Chief of the World Karate Organization (WKO) Japan, Shihan Sahibzada Al-Hadi, performed duties as the Supreme Judge.
According to the results, in Individual Kata, Abu Talha of Headquarters Hadi International Karate Academy, Gulbahar, Peshawar secured first position, Muhammad Hassan of Professional Academy claimed second, while Mehr-un-Nisa of Abbottabad Hazara finished third.
In the 25kg category, Muhammad of Shehbaz Center won first position, Haider of Bannu Region secured second, and Ismail of Abbottabad claimed third place.
In the 30kg category, Taimoor of Shehbaz Center took first position, Yahya Hadi of Headquarters finished second, while Muhammad Sinan secured third place.
In the 35kg category, Abu Talha of Headquarters claimed first position, Talha of Shehbaz Center secured second, and Haseeb of Charsadda finished third.
In the 40kg category, Waseem of Shehbaz Center won first position, Muhammad Yousaf of Headquarters secured second, while Abdul Rehman of Headquarters finished third.
The Best Player Awards were won by Hashir (Abbottabad), Abubakar, Ibrahim, Muaz (Bannu), and Suhail (Mardan).
Social worker and District Peshawar Full Contact Karate Association official Shiraz Khan was the chief guest of the ceremony. He distributed trophies and medals among the successful players.
In the overall standings, Headquarters secured first position with 64 points, Shehbaz Center claimed second with 55 points, while Abbottabad finished third with 24 points.
