PESHAWAR: In the 35th National Games held in Karachi, 3 PESCO athletes have won 3 gold medals by winning first position in the whole of Pakistan in the bodybuilding competition, in which Yasin Khan won the first position in the 100 kg category, Tariq Khan won the first position in the 95 kg category while Salman Khan won the first position in the 90 kg category and won gold medals. The three athletes were awarded first position by Chief Executive Officer PESCO Akhtar Hameed Khan. Hearty congratulations were extended for his achievement and bringing glory to PESCO. The PESCO chief said that further steps will be taken to promote sports in the institution so that the players can perform well in the future as well. On this occasion, Director General HR PESCO Muhammad Sayab Ahmed invited the winning players to PESCO Head Office and presented them with bouquets of flowers. It should be remembered that Muhammad Yasin had earlier won the title of Mr. Pakistan in 2015, as well as won gold medals in the National Championship from 2016 to 2018, and the 2019 Olympics in Pakistan. He was also promoted to the 18th scale in PESCO last year due to his excellent performance.
