Knight, a former World No. 40 and an experienced international professional, has been serving as Colombia’s National Squash Coach for the past nine years. Under his leadership, Colombian squash has shown consistent progress and delivered competitive performances on the international stage.
The appointment follows Knight’s recent visit to the United States, where he worked closely with Nasim. During this period, the two collaborated on training and supporting Colombian squash players who were in the US for preparation and competition. Nasim contributed significantly to technical development, high-performance training sessions, and strategic planning for the athletes.
Impressed by Nasim’s expertise, professionalism, and deep understanding of modern squash methodologies, Knight formally appointed him as Associate Advisor. In his new role, Nasim will work alongside Knight to provide advisory support, contribute to training frameworks, and assist in the continued development of Colombian squash players at the national level.
This development reflects the growing spirit of international cooperation in squash and highlights Nasim’s rising reputation as a high-performance coach. His involvement is expected to further strengthen Colombia’s training structure and enhance its presence in global squash competitions.
