PESHAWAR: The athletics competitions of the Under-21 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Games concluded in Peshawar, with Peshawar Region clinching the athletics trophy by securing 70 points, while Mardan Region finished second with 55 points. On this occasion, Secretary Sports Muhammad Asif Khan distributed prizes among the athletes. He was accompanied by Director Operations Jamshed Baloch, Director Establishment Naimatullah, Coach Zafran Afridi, and other officials.

Meanwhile, at Qayyum Sports Complex, Peshawar Region defeated Hazara Region by 3–0 in the squash competitions to claim the title. Fahad defeated Ismail Zeb, Shoaib Afzal overcame Abdul Hadi, and Muhammad Ishaq beat Abbas Khan of Hazara to secure the trophy for Peshawar. Coach Tahir Khan and Assistant Director Sports Irshad Khan were also present on the occasion.

As part of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Games, the tug-of-war final was played between Malakand Region and Peshawar Region. After a tough and closely contested match, Malakand Region won the final 2–0. At the conclusion, DSO Tank Faisal Habib and DCO Malakand Abidullah Wazir distributed prizes among the players.
In the tennis final held at Peshawar Sports Complex, Peshawar Region defeated Hazara Region to win the trophy.
