ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cycling Federation (PCF) is proud to announce that Coach Nisar Ahmed, one of Pakistan’s most accomplished cycling professionals, has arrived in Korea to participate in the prestigious UCI Level Two Coaching Course. This elite program is being hosted by the Korean Cycling Federation in collaboration with the World Cycling Centre (WCC). A former international cycling champion, Nisar Ahmed has proudly represented Pakistan on numerous occasions, earning multiple gold medals and podium finishes in South Asian competitions. Domestically, he has been a consistent high performer at the national level.

Transitioning from a decorated cycling career to coaching, Nisar has already completed the UCI Level One Inline Coaching Course, as well as the Level One Coaching and Mechanic Courses, proving his dedication to the sport beyond competition. Recently, the Korean Cycling Federation, through WCC, extended an exclusive invitation to Pakistan for one coach and one rider to attend their advanced training course. While the nominated rider was unable to obtain a visa, Nisar Ahmed successfully secured his travel documents and has now reached Korea, ready to undergo the intensive UCI-certified training. This accomplishment is particularly significant as Nisar Ahmed becomes the first coach from Balochistan to participate in a UCI Level Two certification program, marking a proud moment for the province and for Pakistan’s cycling community at large.

The Pakistan Cycling Federation applauds this milestone, which reflects both Nisar’s personal determination and the Federation’s ongoing efforts to elevate cycling across all regions of the country. We extend our best wishes to Nisar Ahmed for a successful training experience and eagerly await his return as a UCI Level Two Certified Coach — ready to inspire and train the next generation of cycling champions in Pakistan.
