ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Edition green kit for their matches on May 17 against Karachi Kings and May 18 against Lahore Qalandars at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. These limited-edition kits manufactured by Grip Active marked a significant extension of Zalmi’s commitment to national pride, empowerment, and social impact.

At the start of the season, Zalmi had unveiled three Zalmi X Legacy official kits—yellow for home games, black for away fixtures and a green training kit for team’s practise sessions. However, ahead of the Rawalpindi matches, the franchise introduced a fourth kit: the Pakistan Edition green kit. This special kit is not just a uniform change, but a symbolic gesture to honour the bravery, service, and sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces.
Mr. Javed Afridi Chairman Peshawar Zalmi further elevated the tribute by announcing a PKR 50 million donation in honour of the armed forces, stating that Zalmi Family stands shoulder to shoulder with our brave armed forces of Pakistan.
The green kits not only stand out visually but also connect with fans on an emotional level across the country. Social media was abuzz with appreciation for Zalmi’s gesture, as the team encourages supporters to wear green kits to show solidarity.

In a league known for its vibrant energy, the Pakistan Edition kit proves that cricket could also serve as a canvas for patriotism and purpose. Peshawar Zalmi isn’t just playing in Rawalpindi—they are honouring the spirit of the nation, sending a powerful message of unity, and celebrating the deep connection between the sport and national pride. With yet another groundbreaking kit reveal, Peshawar Zalmi continues to push boundaries, blending tradition, technology, and talent into one powerful legacy.
Mr. Javed Afridi further added that the return of foreign cricketers to Pakistan is a testament to the fact that Pakistan is a safe and peace-loving country and our foreign guests have full faith in Pakistan forces and security.
